The Series 453 Double-Hung Window offers a refined, vertical sliding solution built for performance, usability, and visual simplicity.

• Ideal for larger openings and elevated installations, this system combines classic double-hung aesthetics with the strength and adaptability of a commercial-grade frame.

• Double-hung sashes slide vertically within a 102mm commercial frame, allowing both sashes to open and close for flexible airflow.

• Sashes bypass each other to enable internal cleaning of both glass surfaces—no need to remove the flyscreen.

• A dedicated flyscreen recess with concealed nylon clips keeps the screen secure and visually clean, without visible rivets or clips.

• Features a robust, key-lockable catch with a die-cast keeper for added security.

• The sub-sill includes a full flashing tray, Santoprene drain cover, and stop ends to manage water drainage and prevent ingress.

• Optional 90° and 135° corner mullions allow integration into more complex architectural layouts.

• Supports glass thicknesses up to 7.5mm and offers water resistance up to 200Pa.
